Web Solutions: Additional Details and General Terms

The use of any of our services is governed by our Pandorabots Terms of Service, Pandorabots’ Privacy Policy and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Fees And Payments

Optional paid services in the form of account upgrades and other services are available on the Website. By selecting a paid service you agree to pay Pandorabots the monthly subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a paid service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly period. Paid service fees are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may submit a cancellation request at any time and it shall be effective within in 5 business days of our receipt of your cancellation request. No refunds for monthly subscriptions are available. Canceled Yearly Subscriptions will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and refunds shall be calculated on a pro rata basis determined by the number of complete months remaining in the subscription.

Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate pandorabots which fail to adhere to our Pandorabots Terms of Service.

Consulting Services

If you require additional consulting services, we offer premium support at the rate of $150 per hour for AIML development or training and $250 per hour for custom Pandorabots engineering work.

Service Suspension

Failure to pay within 5 business days after your payment due date will result in a suspension of public access to your pandorabot. You may reactivate a suspended pandorabot within 30 day by paying the standard monthly charge. Your monthly payment cycle will resume unchanged from its previous billing cycle. You may reactivate a suspended pandorabot after 30 days, and up to one year by paying all previous months, plus $75.
